今天開始如果晚上沒回去動,就兩天沒動了
我想,慢慢的減少食量會比較重要吧!
今天是親愛的老婆生日.
有時候看到他睡著的臉,也覺得很幸福.
NEED TO GET MYSELF TOGETHER and go along.
至少最簡單的美日一篇要持續下去
先融入環境再說.其實到每個公司都是一樣的.
或者是每個組織都一樣的. KEEP LOW first.
